My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good aspects. The location was convenient, close to downtown Ventura and had a relaxed atmosphere, but the room was very expensive for just a view of the rooftop of the building next door and the freeway. The service was superb, especially with the wonderful room service. I enjoyed the dining experience, but it would have been better if the price was more aligned with the room rate.

The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway but the housekeeping service was lacking as the staff seemed preoccupied. The room itself was right off the street and could have been cleaner, possibly due to the distraction of the housekeeper using her cellphone.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms are lovely, clean, and tastefully done. The staff, although friendly, could improve on their speed of service. The location is perfect, near the beach and close to dining options. However, there was a small issue with the toilet malfunction that slightly affected my visit.

My stay at the hotel offered comfortable rooms with partial ocean views from balconies, though smaller than expected and lacking privacy. The service was friendly, albeit with some delays and noise disturbances during the night. The location was excellent, close to the residential area and with beautiful views, even if charges were incurred for short stays. The dining experience, despite having to pay extra for the room, was superb with a few exceptions. Overall, a mixed experience with both positive and negative aspects.

The hotel offers modern and clean rooms, with spacious layouts. While some rooms may have an ocean view with a parking lot in the foreground, the freeway and Amtrak side can be a slight drawback.
